Sutton Conservatives attended Remembrance Day services across the London Borough of Sutton today to remember those who had been killed or injured in past and present conflicts.
Councillors, members and Paul Scully MP joined residents for services and wreath laying in Wallington Green, Carshalton Ponds, Sutton Town Centre, Cheam Village, Belmont Village and Central Road, Worcester Park.
We hope everyone uses today as an opportunity to remember and give thanks to those who have made great sacrifices for our freedoms.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.
