Transport for London (TfL) are needing to make some temporary changes to the 463 bus route, whilst some improvement works are carried out.
From yesterday until early April 2018 Beddington Lane will be closed while London Borough of Merton carries out footway works and carriageway widening.
As a result, bus route 463 will:
- be diverted in both directions via Ampere Way, Purley Way and Mitcham Road,
- not serve Coomber Way, Beddington Lane or Beddington Lane Tram Stop,
- serve all bus stops on diversion.
Customers in Coomber Way can use route 455 to connect with diverted route 463 buses in Ampere Way.
Customers in Beddington Lane or at Beddington Lane Tram Stop can use Tramlink to / from Therapia Lane Tram Stop to connect with diverted route 463 buses (bus stops in Ampere Way).
Customers can connect with Tramlink at Therapia Lane Tram Stop (bus stops in Ampere Way) instead of at Beddington Lane Tram Stop.
TfL are posting notices at the bus stops affected.
Please get in touch if you have any further questions.
