Today is was a pleasure to welcome Mims Davies MP to Carshalton and Wallington.
Mims is the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Sport and Civil Society and MP for Eastleigh.
She joined us on the doorsteps in Wallington North where there is currently a by-election to elect a new local councillor with our candidate Charlotte Leonard, as well as Neil Garratt, our newly selected London Assembly candidate for Croydon and Sutton, and Elliot Colburn, Prospective Conservative MP for Carshalton and Wallington.
We also took the opportunity to show her, as the Minister with oversight of the National Lottery, the positive impact National Lottery funding has had in our community, such as the improvement works worth over £3m that are nearly complete at Beddington Park.
